AAA Potez technology offers its customers the opportunity to subcontract assembly or sub-assembly of aircraft or ground transportation to highly specialized teams that exercise operational responsibility related to industrialization, production and maintenance processes. At any stage of these processes, the quality of deliverables remains a top priority for our teams in the field.
A unique, innovative and high value-added approach that provides and guarantees AAA Potez Technology clients high quality deliverables:

Intervention methods
ON-SITE SUBCONTRACTING
AAA Potez technology experienced and multidisciplinary teams intervene by taking charge of part or all of an industrialization, production or maintenance activity. This support is adapted to the client’s needs, processes and operational reality, thus optimizing the efficiency and profitability of the operations entrusted to us. Our customers therefore benefit from great flexibility allowing them to be more responsive in times of fluctuations.
Another great added value of on-site subcontracting : when AAA Potez technology intervenes in management mode for the whole of a project, the client thus avoids any concern for budgetary constraints, since it is a question of a fixed price established beforehand.
AAA Potez technology is also recognized for its ability to manage large-scale projects locally, nationally and internationally. Supported by a network present in 9 countries, our teams of professionals can come to your facilities in a short time and at a lower cost, according to the governance applicable to each of the countries targeted.
OFF-SITE SUB-CONTRACTING
In 2008, the European group AAA opened its own assembly center in Tarbes, in the south-west of France, in order to meet the ever-increasing demand of its customers, to react well to the rapid evolution of the sector, in addition to solidifying and strengthening its production.
Through this assembly center, it is possible for our customers to use the advantages of off-site subcontracting. With more than 1,000 workers and some 6,000 m² of floor space, this production and assembly site allows many original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier 1 suppliers to take advantage of the added value associated with this form of subcontracting, in particular direct proximity to specialized assembly and erection services with a storefront close to major European industrial customers.Technical assistance
The heart of our approach is based on the technical skills of our workers who are outsourced to our customers for a short or long period. Our dedicated teams offer versatility and flexibility to companies wishing to preserve their industrial production within their facilities, thus creating greater proximity in the supply chain and a reduction in operating costs. Our clientele also benefits from a highly technical and diversified know-how due to all of our multi-client and multi-platform projects.
Internal training
Whether AAA Potez technology intervenes in on-site subcontracting or technical assistance, its teams remain at all times at the cutting edge of the specialized knowledge required for market needs, thanks to a highly effective internal program for monitoring skills and continuous training.
In 2016, following an official agreement with a privileged client of AAA Potez technology, we set up an internal training center dedicated to our employees, in order to certify and standardize their knowledge in terms of structural assembly, mechanical and electric. This unique and innovative training program allows AAA Potez technology to update its best practices for managing the skills of its assemblers, while ensuring that new employees have the desired levels of knowledge. They are certified and qualified trainers who give the workers the training sessions, according to the theoretical and practical components.
